We also used Lisa to buy our current property. We had found the perfect home and due to the market, there were multiple bids coming in on the home. Lisa took time to talk to the realtor about why the home was perfect for us and asked the realtor to share that information with the Seller. I later found out from the Selling realtor that this had a big influence on the Seller going with our offer vs. the others that were presented. It was this extra effort and care that allowed us to get the perfect home. She then went on to arrange and manage the interior renovations we needed to be done. We had crews on our property and the full renovation – hardwood, carpets, tiling, kitchen, appliances, bathroom, quartz counters, paint, baseboards, crown moulding, and fixtures done in just over a month. It was astonishing and wonderful.
